Multinational Picnic of Muslims of Odessa

There are no barriers in dialogue of people if only people do not erect them among themselves, by their own hands - such is an opinion of participants of the picnic organised by the female committee of the community of Muslims of the city of Odessa together with the Social Organisation "Al-Masar".

On May, 29th, 2011 left on picnic in the Victory Park of the city of Odessa participants fruitfully spent their time: the program included competitions on knowledge of Islam, entertaining games with rewarding of winners, driving boats, and also attractions for children.

Warm sisterly dialogue, respectful relation to each other, friendly mockery, prayer in congregation, reading of the Quran and dua - all of it has caused tears of emotion and pleasure from a non-Muslim woman invited to the picnic who stated desire to visit a mosque on purpose to learn more about religion of the Almighty - Islam.

The female collective expresses the sincere gratitude to the men helping with the organisation and carrying out of this action, and express intention in the future whenever possible to organize similar picnics for rest, dialogue, and enrichment of the knowledge more often.
