In terms of supporting campaign for foreign muslims coming for Euro-2012 both All-Ukrainian Association of Social Organizations (AUASO) “Alriad” and Religious Administration for Muslims of Ukraine (RAMU) “Umma” launched a Muslim Hotline. It will be functioning in the Islamic cultural centres in four Ukrainian cities where football games are held.  These hotlines are available 24/7 for answering the questions and helping the guests in difficult situations. Arabic-speaking visitors to Ukraine can get a consultation in Arabic as well.

This campaign includes providing information about the local mosques and other places to pray, prayer times calendar, places to get halal food, ets.
It also includes information about hotels, hospitals and clinics; sights and historical places worth visiting in Euro-2012 hosting cities (Kyiv, Kharkiv, Donets’k and L’viv).

The hotline numbers in these cities are:
Kyiv: +38 063 348 49 49
Kharkiv: +38 093 747 99 12

Islamic organizations, cultural centers and mosques will not provide marriage services for foreigners during Euro-2012 until they have registered their marriage within the  respective state office. This is done to protect Ukrainian women from marriage frauds, as only the marriage certificate issued by the Ukrainian State Registry Office is a legal guarantee of the wife’s rights in Ukraine, which the Shariah marriage certificate is not.

Also note thah Islamic cultural centers and mosques cannot be used for fans overnight stay for legal reasons.
