Whose Hearts Are More Open For Care And Compassion That The Mothers’?

Many countries including Ukraine Mark the second Sunday of May as Mother’s Day. Odessa Muslims couldn’t fail to celebrate such a date, as, according to the teaching of Islam, every human’s access to Paradise lies under the feet of their Mother, and it’s the ability to be thankful towards the woman who had them under her heart, gave birth to them and spent sleepless nights at their cradle is one of the key points of entering Paradise.

Women’s Department of “Al-Masar” Social Organisation made a lecture on accomplishments of being a mother at Odessa Islamic Cultural Centre, attended by more that 50 people of audience on that day.

After the lecture, a charitable sale started, where people sold their homemade bakery and food, sewing and embroidery and other handmade. Every Hryvnia earned is to be spent on charity.
