Today, heart of Ms.Diba Al-Khatym, Head of the AUASO “Alraid” Bassil Mareei’s mother, failed to carry on at the age of 75 after narcosis she had been given during a surgery. She outlived her late husband, Mr.Muhammad Mareei, just a year and 4 months. Accidentally broken leg which demanded operative treatment might have not been so fatal is the treatment took place somewhere but Syria, which is torn by the civil war. However, everyone is fore-ordained a certain number of days and no one knows which of them is the last one.

 

The AUASO “Alraid” Team offers their sincere condolences to Bassil Mareei, his family and friends due to their loss.

 

Allah Almighty taught the believers: “And We will surely test you with something of fear and hunger and a loss of wealth and lives and fruits, but give good tidings to the patient, Who, when disaster strikes them, say, “Indeed we belong to Allah , and indeed to Him we will return.” Those are the ones upon whom are blessings from their Lord and mercy. And it is those who are the [rightly] guided. (Qur’an, 2:155-157)”

 

The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Allah, the Exalted, says: 'I have no reward other than Jannah for a believing slave of Mine who remains patient for My sake when I take away his beloved one from among the inhabitants of the world"[Al-Bukhari].

 

Indeed, everything Allah granted and took away belongs to Him, and He determined time for everything. We pray that the God Almighty forgives the late Ms.Diba Al-Khatym in everything she did wrong both willingly and by mistake, and grant her a great reward for her good deeds and her righteous descendants; to release her from torment in her Grave and from the Hellfire; and overjoy her with Paradise on the Day of Resurrection.

 

We also pray for the quickest termination of the conflict in Syria, so that the medicine in this country would become much safer.
