Education and propagation of respectful relation to parents and seniors is closely connected with the correct understanding of Islamic doctrine, and also traditions and cultural features. To such conclusion came participants of youth debate-club which took place in Simferopol.   On May, 24th, 2011, in the Islamic Cultural Centre of the AUASO "Аlraid" passed the next meeting within the limits of the debate-club which is regularly organized by youth social organization "Emel". This time the discussion topic was called “About relation to parents”.

During the discussion the issues connected with culture and etiquette of the Crimean Tatars, and also religious instructions concerning the best relation to parents were discussed. The emphasis was placed on it, after all the tendency extended in a modern society of disrespectful, and sometimes even rough relation to parents and the senior generation cannot but cause anxiety.

In the general opinion of participants of the discussion, following the common truth "if you want to change the world, start with yourself” is not less important, after all children look at the relation of their mother and father to their parents and establish frameworks permitted for themselves according to what they see.   The issue on education and traditionally-fixed structure of relations between parents and children was considered separately.

In particular, lecture on the topic “Bases of the Crimean-Tatar pedagogic” was delivered by the specially invited visitor, Professor Mueddin Ayidinovich Hayruddinov.   Questions of an ideal of the well-educated person in modern views of the Crimean Tatars, a national ideal of the Crimean-Tatar family, and also problems of mutual relations and rising generation education which modern families face were discussed in brief.
