The mournful date of the next anniversary of deportation of Crimean Tatar people from their Motherland is coming. Horrible trials fell to Crimean Tatars’ lot, but they could stand, preserving their culture, religion and enormous love to the native land.
Heroic endeavor of Crimean Tatars for coming back to Crimea, in which they showed surprising steadfastness, continued several decades. In it they were supported by Ukrainians and other peoples of the former USSR, by the international community.
Crimean Tatar people made worthy contribution in social life and development of the Crimean peninsula over the two decades of repatriation. They face not easy problems today. These are, first and foremost, related with change occurring in political life of Ukraine. Thoughtful and balanced grasp is required, to follow rapidly developing events in Ukraine and beyond or decision making on fateful issues. We are convinced that Crimean Tatar people and their leaders will be able to overcome difficulties and preserve their unity and solidarity.
Concrete steps are positively needed in solving social and economic problems, which will ensure prosperity of Crimean Tatar people and strengthen social and political stability in Crimea.
We want to assure you, dear brothers, that you will always have faithful friends in the All-Ukrainian Association of Public Organizations “Alraid”.
We ask Allah the Most High to bless you, Crimean Tatar people, to support your rise and strengthening on the native land after hard years of deportation, to grant you patience in facing challenges of modernity, and inexhaustible energy in reviving your religion, culture and traditions.
