To the Crimean-Tatar people in connection with 66th anniversary of deportation

Dear brothers and sisters!

Mournful date of the next anniversary of deportation of the Crimean-Tatar people from its historical Motherland approaches. Terrible challenges had to face the Crimean Tatars; however, they survived, having preserved their culture, religion and great love to the native land.

Heroic struggle of the Crimean Tatars for returning to
Crimea in which course the people and its leaders have shown surprising firmness, proceeded for some decades. In this struggle they were supported by the best representatives of the Ukrainians and the other people of the former
USSR, by world community.

For two decades of a new life in
Crimea the Crimean Tatars made worthy contribution to the public life and peninsula development.

Nowadays the Crimean-Tatar people face uneasy questions. First of all they are connected with the changes which took place in the political life of
Ukraine for last months. Events in the country and round it develop promptly, fatal decisions are accepted with unprecedented speed — all this demands thoughtful and weighed perception.

We are sure that experience, authority and responsibility of the Medzhlis of the Crimean-Tatar people and its management will help to draw correct conclusions and to take steps, which will promote prosperity of the Crimean-Tatar people, strengthening of sociopolitical stability in
Crimea.

We wish to assure you, dear Crimean-Tatar brothers, that in the name of the all-Ukraine Association of Social Organizations "Аlraid" and the all-Ukraine Social Organization "Ukrainian Centre of Islamic Studies" you will further have loyal friends.

We ask Allah the Almighty for blessing for the Crimean-Tatar people; we ask to support your formation and strengthening on the native land after difficult years of deportation!

May Allah give you patience to resist calls of the present and inexhaustible power in the duty of revival of the religion, culture and traditions.

May God guide you to the light and facilitate the path conducting to His content!
